March Special: $25 Off Ipamorelin / CJC1295 (must mention this blog post)
What is CJC-1295 / IPAMORELIN?
CJC 1295 is a tetrasubstituted 29-amino acid peptide hormone, primarily functioning as a growth hormone releasing hormone (GHRH) analog which functions to increase both GH and IGF-1. CJC 1295 has improved pharmacokinetic properties when compared to Sermorelin. The half-life of Sermorelin ranges from 8-12 minutes, whereas the half-life of CJC 1295 extends to 28 minutes. Sermorelin’s efficacy also decreases with time and the body produces antibodies to Sermorelin. CJC 1295 has additional protecting groups around the amino acids of GHRH typically susceptible to enzymatic degradation, thus increasing the half-life. CJC 1295 without DAC is designed to provide a GHRH-like stimulation around the clock with increased amplitude and longer stimulation, maintaining the natural pulsatile stimulation of the pituitary without decreasing secretion as observed in CJC with DAC. Studies have not shown increases in prolactin levels or an increase in appetite leading to fat loss and increased protein synthesis.
IPAMORELIN is a GH secretagogue and ghrelin receptor agonist comparable to GHRP-6 with less appetite stimulation. Studies also show lower levels of cortisol, prolactin, aldosterone and acetylcholine compared to other GH secretagogues.
CJC 1295 and IPAMORELIN in combination provide a synergistic effect and show drastically increased GH and IGF-1 levels than either product alone
